How it all began
The Conservatory Group personnel have over 30 years expertise in Home Improvements. Having installed many Conservatories under their sister company 'Windows & Conservatories By Design, a decision was taken to become DIY suppliers of the 'Conservatory Kit'.
After peviously encountering many of the problems associated with 'wet' base construction, particularly in the winter months, the company 'Windows & Conservatories By Design' were delighted when they discovered the amazing advantages of using 'The Conservatory Kit' system. They began using them on all their Conservatory installations and the rest is history!

We value our customers and understand that purchasing a Conservatory can be a daunting task - sifting through the information and trying to make sense of all the conflicting advice you have been given by various companies! We will always strive to give you the correct information at all times. Should we be unable to answer your query or technical question for some reason or another, we can usually find someone who will! Our aim is to 'Save & Serve' and it is extremely important to us that we are able to build trust with our customers, endendering confidence in our products and ultimately our company. We are particularly proud of the fact that many of our sales are as a result of recommendations and existing customers are often in touch with us long after their project has been completed.
The Complete Conservatory Kit
We have written much about our Modular Base and Wall system, but how about the Conservatory itself? Yes, of course we can supply you with high quality specification Conservatories in bespoke designs as well as standard sizes and styles from our Modular Range ( Please ask for details). Any style, shape, size and woodgrain (e,g. Rosewood/Mahogany or Light Oak are available).
All our Conservatories are suitable for DIY and ideal to install with our Modular Base and Wall system. However you may wish to purchase the Modular Base system separately or the Conservatory on its own. That's fine! We are here to accommodate your requirements. In fact, we make a point of quoting our products separately for you so that you are able to see the exact cost of each item. That way there are no nasty surprises such as hidden extras we didn't tell you about at the quoting stage!

Delivery, payment and after sales technical hotline
Delivery
We offer free delivery in the UK (Mainland). We can also deliver to the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern and Southern Ireland. However there will be a surcharge for this. Please ask for details. Delivery is usually about 2-3 weeks depending on how busy the factory is at the time of ordering. However, we will advise you accordingly and inform you of your delivery date verbally and in writing. We are usually able to give you an estimated delivery time, i.e, a.m or p.m a few days before the delivery date. Alternatively the driver will contact you approximately 1 hour before arrival.

We usually ask for a 25% deposit to secure the order and the balance prior to delivery.
(Card payments 48 hours before delivery and all cheques to be received 4 days prior to delivery)
We also accept Cheques, Bank Transfer and Bankers Draft.

Payment
We welcome card payments and are one of the few companies who do not add a charge for this service. In fact we encourage our customers to pay by card as it is by far the safest and most convenient method of payment
